This month we will be joined by KingSpry's Karley Biggs Sebia, Esquire from KingSpry Law Firm. In this session, we will discuss some of the top employment law issues currently impacting businesses and strategies to mitigate legal risk. The areas to be discussed include the following:
- The role of written policies in human resources and how clear, defensible policies can serve to limit liability and risks of litigation;
- Legal considerations when terminating employees;
- Minimizing legal risks of employees working remotely; and
- The role of non-disclosure and/or non-compete agreements.
