If you’re a fan of bands like Disturbed, Five Finger Death Punch or Three Days Grace, Sick Century is the band you want to see live in concert! Bringing fans a high energy live show experience with their heavy hitting originals to incorporating classic’s with their own twist from bands like Pantera to Fleetwood Mac. Sick Century is an American rock band from York, Pennsylvania consisting of members Marc Kahn, Scott Hoon, Brady Hearn, and Nick Black. It began with demoing in 2019 when Scott Hoon and Marc Kahn started working together on a side project between bands. The chemistry was there but while the duo had demoed several tracks, the lineup would not be complete until January of 2020 when Nick Black and Brady Hearn joined as permanent members. Black and Kahn had been friends for years while Hearn started off the year touring with All That Remains and Lacuna Coil in band Eximious (with ex-members From Ashes To New). His decision to move onto Sick Century would come in mid January. Since forming, the band has released multiple singles with the video release of Alice in Chains’ cover “Them Bones,” being their 2020 debut. With their first official EP “Outer Worlds, Inner Demons” recorded by Atrium Audio released July 29th, 2022. Sick Century would slowly creep their way onto satellite and terrestrial radio with the single “A Million Pieces.” Most recently they were selected as hometown FM radio station 93.3 WMMR’s band of the month, Local Shots of July 2022. The band has also appeared live on The SDR show with comedian Big Jay Oakerson and Ralph Sutton in New York City for a special acoustic performance and interview. Their song “A Million Pieces” had climbed to the #1 spot on 107 Rock – The Gator radio chart in late November 2022. The band is currently performing regionally and in the works to start recording EP #2 in early May 2023.
