Grab a curbside coffee from your favorite local shop and join us as we dive into business interruption insurance claims and how they affect your business. This presentation will address business owners who were forced to suspend or alter their operations due to the coronavirus pandemic, especially those who filed a claim with their insurance company for business interruption/income coverage and had their claims denied. Munley Law lawyers will explain what business interruption insurance is, how to find out if you have it, what kinds of exclusions may or may not apply, and what kinds of coverages are available while acknowledging that every policy will be a bit different. Ultimately, they will explain the options available for those whose claims have been denied.
Munley Law will answer any questions from participants and invites them to bring their policy documents to the session if they have specific questions that they would like answered.

The 2020 theme is “Healthy Business, Healthy Workplace, Healthy You” which will focus on how to ensure your business utilizing “healthy” business practices on the road to success. Topics will include, Marketing, Human Resources, Health and Wellness, Social Media Presence, Work/Life Balance, Lifestyle Tips.
