2nd Annual Passion Project Community Women’s Health Fair

In observance of Women's Health Month on May 7,2022, The Metamorphosis Women's Empowerment Initiative Everybody Eats Project and The Passion for Christ Church will be hosting its 2nd Annual Passion Project, a Community Women's Health Fair. In collaboration with Adagio Health, the Lehigh Valley Health Network and a host of other community organizations, we are offering an opportunity for women to obtain free/ low cost diagnostic screening, Covid-19 Vaccinations, Giveaways, products and information centered around women's health and wellness. I am writing to inquire about requesting your organization's support through participation. The event will take place at Dansbury Park, East Stroudsburg, PA from 10:00 am to 4pm. I strongly believe that your participation would be a perfect fit as we both have very similar missions. We understand that the pandemic is still a major concern for all of us, so in conjunction with the Dansbury Park Administration we have taken all possible precautions to ensure the safety of everyone who attends the event. Those measures include: use of an outdoor venue for fresh air, a reduction in the number of organizations in attendance, ample spacing to observe 6ft distancing for participants, assignment of only one organization per table distanced 6 feet apart, as well as the availability of masks, hand sanitizer and wipes readily available to each table and/or guest. This service to the community is necessary especially for those who are underserved and your attendance is extremely important and needed.
