Guests will hear from Keynote Speaker Leon Thomas who some have called one of the best “EnterTRAINers” ever. Leon began his 35-year hospitality career as a line-level employee and advanced through the ranks to hold many management positions in the hotel business. He’s done over 1,800 speeches and presentations and is excited to speak to hospitality employees of all levels here in the Poconos. His fun and engaging presentation style makes it easy for him to discuss his unique perspective on the touchy subject of race relations. Listening to his story will cause you to open your mind and think about how you can improve race relations and relationships in every area of your life.
