The Pocono Chamber of Commerce and the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation invited you to attend Mix(oooology) & Mingle, a live online event, on Wednesday, October 28th, 2020. Network from 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm before our Mixologists from Barley Creek Brewing Co. and Insurrection Distillery take over and teach YOU how to mix signature cocktails from home. This event has three ticket levels for your convenience, visit our registration page for more details! Guests/participants are encouraged to purchase their liquor from our distillery partners. It's back by popular demand!!! The Pocono Leaders of Tomorrow will be hosting the Ugly Sweater Mixer 3.0: Holiday Mask Edition on Thursday, December 3rd outdoors at Barley Creek Brewing Company in Tannersville, PA. Put on your ugliest holiday sweater and best holiday mask and join us on December 3rd from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. There will be tons of holiday door prizes, contests, drink tickets, heavy hor d'oeuvres, delicious desserts, campfires, s'mores, lots of networking, fun holiday photo props, music and so much more! Prizes will be awarded to the winners of the Best Ugly Sweater and Best Holiday Mask contests at 5:30 PM. Barley Creek will also be offer 20% off all take out orders for our event attendees! The PLOT Committee will be collecting holiday toy donations! So be sure to bring along your donation to get a discounted entry; $10 per person with a new toy donation and $15 per person without a toy donation. Popular toy categories include sporting equipment like bags and balls, books, backpacks, board games, radio control cars/trucks, hand-held electronics, and skateboards/helmets. The Pocono Chamber of Commerce invites you to take part in the December 8th Women in Business Luncheon happening from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm in the Terraview Ballroom at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn (257 Stroudsmoor Rd. This month we will be joined by Herline Raphael, CRNP, MSN who will dive into ''Surviving the Festive Season'' and provide our audience with a guide to help manage their sanity and well-being during the holiday season. Raphael is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C), Wellness Coach and a Doctorate Candidate in Lifestyle Medicine.
