The Pocono Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Business Council is proud to announce the first ever Women in Business Virtual Forum: Moving Forward Fiercely and Focused happening on Friday, March 19th from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. During this event we will hear from Keynote Speaker, Ashley Russo, President & Owner of ASR Media as well as three panelists, Jamie Kizer (Serial Entrepreneur and Certified Business Coach, Interim Director, East Stroudsburg University), Melissa Miller (President, TCB Promotions), and Herline Raphael (CRNP, AG-NPC, CPCA, DNPc & Wellness Coach, Bix Homes and Wellness).
Ashley Russo will dive into her presentation of "Be Your Best Self: Tips for Thriving in a Complex World". This conversation will help our audience better understand how to find their path, play to their strengths, lead with better time management, think big/act small, be inspired, and focus on the fact that we are more than our jobs. Grab a notepad, because these are tips and tricks you will want to implement in your life immediately. Attendees will feel refreshed, recharged, and ready to move forward fiercely and focused!

Get to know our Keynote: Ashley Russo, president of ASR Media Productions, is a four-time Emmy® award-winning executive producer and host of The PEAK TV and St. Luke’s HealthNow. A twenty-year media veteran, Ashley graduated from New York University’s Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute. She is also the creator and host of a weekly podcast, Unscripted with Russo. Additionally, Russo is the Chief Operating Officer at General Magnaplate Corporation, the world’s leading manufacturer of engineered coating solutions. Ashley is the third generation to step into an executive role at the company founded by her grandparents, Charles and Sylvia, in 1952. At General Magnaplate, Ashley’s years of management experience are being capitalized on to improve efficiency and communication.
